RopeRage.co.uk Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at RopeRage.co.uk. If you are not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and undamaged. Any clothing purchased must be clean and unworn. The item(s) must be in the original packaging along with proof of purchase. Please keep the receipt or gift receipt.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Refund timescales will vary subject to your card issuer's policies. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be made to your original method of payment.

2. Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Customs and Import Charges

For orders outside the UK, you may have to pay customs and/or import charges once the order reaches your destination country. The customer is responsible for paying any such charges.

We have no control over these charges and are unable to advise on their cost. If you need help finding out these costs, please contact your local customs office.

If the relevant import duties and taxes are not paid to your local authorities, they will automatically return your order to Rope Rage Ltd. We reserve the right to remove all shipping and administrative costs from any refund due to the customer failing to pay their customs charges.

4. Digital Products

Downloadable digital products such as e-books cannot be refunded once the order is confirmed and the product has been sent. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the checkout process.
